Travis Kelce recently shared one of the most memorable moments of his life: his unexpected stage appearance alongside his girlfriend Taylor Swift during her 2024 Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium in London.
During the May 14 episode of the New Heights podcast, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end discussed the surreal nature of that experience with his brother, Jason Kelce.
“I’ll always remember being on that stage in front of what seemed like a million fans,” Travis said.

On June 23, 2024, during Swift’s third concert at Wembley, Kelce made a surprising yet fun entrance. Clad in a tuxedo and top hat, he stepped in for one of Swift’s dancers during her outfit change for “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” a moment that typically features a performer helping her transition to a red velvet couch on stage.
When Kelce was unveiled as the surprise guest, the audience erupted with excitement, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
Travis later revealed it was his idea to jump on stage. He brought it up casually to Taylor, which made her laugh.
“Would you really consider doing something like that?” she asked him.
His enthusiastic reply was, “What? I would love to! I’ve been to the show enough – might as well put me to work here.”
Swift, intrigued by his suggestion, agreed and found the perfect opportunity during the concert for him to join her, transforming it into a memorable and fun interaction with the audience. “It was an absolute joy,” he commented.

With a sense of humor, Kelce quipped that the most important aspect was to ensure he didn’t let Taylor down.
“I didn’t let Taylor down, which is what truly matters,” he laughed, highlighting how significant the performance was to him.
