A lip-reading professional has decoded the conversation that occurred between the two stars during the Balenciaga show on September 30, where Katy Perry was also present.
Jeremy Freeman, a lip-reading specialist from the UK, provided insights into the dialogue between Hayek and Kidman.
He reported that Hayek initially stated, “Let’s turn there, OK, here.”
Kidman replied succinctly, saying, “Hey, I’m fine, I’m good. There, it’s enough, it’s OK.”
As Hayek started to say, “We have to…,” she paused to touch Perry’s shoulder. Freeman observed that Hayek reassured Perry, encouraging her to engage with the press by saying, “That’s fine, that’s fine.”

The footage has led to varied reactions on social media, with some viewing the moment as “tense,” while others believe that the stress of a paparazzi-filled environment may have influenced the interaction.
