She remarked, “I occasionally read messages, but I try to avoid comments since they often come from those feeling down or envious.” She laughed off criticism about her appearance, stating, “It’s not like you undergo surgery to look worse.” At 51, she candidly said, “I just look different because I’m getting older!”
While she dismissed allegations of extensive surgery, Vergara admitted to enjoying some non-invasive treatments. “I occasionally do micro-needling and Botox, especially around my eyes and neck,” she shared, although she noted her busy schedule limits her options. Nevertheless, she isn’t against surgery entirely.

In May 2024, she mentioned in an interview with Allure promoting her beauty line that she is open to cosmetic procedures in the future. “You should take advantage of everything available if aging concerns you,” she explained. Due to her hectic life as a public figure, she emphasized, “I wish I had more downtime; otherwise, I would have already explored options.”
However, she holds reservations about fillers, believing they don’t deliver the desired anti-aging results on mature skin. “Fillers are great for the young who want a bit more volume,” shared the 51-year-old actress. “But once you reach a certain age, I’m not a fan.” Despite her thoughts on fillers, Vergara remains open to other treatments. “I want to stay looking fresh,” she expressed to E! News in June 2024. “Age brings changes, but I’m not against exploring options that help me look my best,” she concluded.
