Jean-Claude Van Damme, known for his action-packed role in the film industry during the late 20th century, has a colorful and sometimes tumultuous career. This Belgian martial artist and actor is now primarily active in Europe and recently premiered his new film, Le Jardinier, in France.
Recently, he stirred curiosity among fans with a surprising social media post that raised concerns among his followers about his well-being. Van Damme clarified, stating, “I had not been hacked.”
In his post, he expressed some distressing thoughts, saying, “I just don’t pay my employees’ salaries. I love giving all my money to Alena, just Alena. I don’t support my children, I don’t train, I don’t eat, I don’t sleep. That’s why I continuously produce poor-quality films. I’m not sure why I keep doing this?”.
He Reveals His Financial Struggles
Van Damme attributes his poor film choices to a lack of training. He also elaborates in another post, admitting to poor spending decisions, saying, “I bought a $4 billion yacht, but I can’t donate more than $4 to animal shelters. My money belongs solely to me, and I spend it all on Alena Kaverina.”
