Will Smith has addressed ongoing speculation involving Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is currently under scrutiny due to allegations of sexual trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. At an event on Thursday, December 12, in San Diego, he urged his followers to refrain from sharing memes that wrongly associate him with these controversies surrounding the rapper.
During his address, the 56-year-old star conveyed his annoyance about being included in these discussions, stating: “I’ve noticed the memes, and while some are amusing, I need to stress that I have no connection to Puffy. So cut out those memes and that nonsense. I haven’t been involved with any ‘Freak Off’ incidents.”
The Academy Award winner stressed: “I haven’t associated with that man, nor have I participated in any of those activities.” His comments come in response to serious accusations against Diddy, who is alleged to have hosted parties where various abuses occurred. Although Smith was seen with Diddy at an event in the early 2000s, he insists that he is not connected to the allegations made against him.
Fresh allegations regarding Puff Daddy
As investigations unfold, speculation about Diddy’s relationships with other celebrities has surged. Tony Buzbee, an attorney representing over 120 alleged victims of Diddy, has suggested that other famous figures might be implicated in these offenses. Recently, Jay-Z was named in a civil lawsuit, accused of sexually abusing a minor at a 2000 party, which he has vehemently denied and sought to have the case dismissed.
Smith has found himself amidst these swirling rumors, which he firmly claims are baseless.
