King Charles speaks out on ex-Prince Andrew’s arrest

King Charles III is speaking out after his brother, former Prince Andrew, was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

“I have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and suspicion of misconduct in public office,” he began in a statement issued by Buckingham Palace.
