  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 cups vegetable inventory
  • Salt and pepper to style

3. Curried Butternut Squash and Chickpea Stew

  • half cup peppers, diced
  • 12 ozcan coconut milk

Cook: 3-Four hours on excessive or 5-6 on low. Enjoy with Basmati rice, quinoa, or couscous.

  • Three cups of kale chopped

  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to style

Combine all components besides for the vegetable inventory and place in a gallon-size freezer bag.

Cook: 3-Four hours on excessive or 5-6 on low.

5. Greek Stuffed Peppers

  • Four massive bell peppers (tops minimize off and seeds eliminated)
  • half cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp capers

Combine the olives, capers, spinach, pesto, tomatoes, barley, & cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Stuff the combination into every of the bell peppers and place the peppers in a gallon-size freezer bag. Cook: 3-Four hours on excessive or 5-6 on low. Shred hen when cook dinner time is full and return to the pot. Enjoy with tortilla strips, rice or grain of alternative.

8. Beef Bourgnignon

  • 1 pound chuck roast cubed
  • Four ozpancetta cubed
  • half cup celery diced
  • half cup carrots
  • 10 pearl onions
  • 1 cup Burgundy wine
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • half tsp sage
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1-32 ozcarton beef inventory

Place all components besides for the beef inventory right into a gallon-size freezer bag.

Cook: 6-8 hours on Low. Add the beef inventory at the starting of the cook dinner time. Enjoy with roasted potatoes, mashed candy potatoes or pureed parsnips.
