Zoos Might Be Closed, but They Are Still Active
While we might not be able to go visit our favorite zoos at the moment, the keepers who work to ensure the animals’ wellbeing still have a job to do. After noticing her workers washing their hands more often than normal, Sandra, the orangutan, picked up the habit herself.
Sandra the orangutang started washing her hands because she saw all the zookeepers doing it repeatedly during the COVID-19 crisis.

And while Sandra is teaching us a thing or two about a thorough hand-wash, one zoo keeper is showing us how to stay positive amid chaos. His solution? A quick dance break.

Even though we can’t currently be visiting them, zoos are continuing to put a smile on our faces from afar!
Maybe Some Jobs Aren’t Meant to Be Done From Home
One video went viral when a comedic spin was put on how a flight attendant might work from home. While it seems this video made everyone laugh, the comments make it clear that flight attendants, working and retired, really got a kick out of it!

After watching this video, we’re thinking the work-from-home welcome drink might not be a bad idea.
A British Street Breaks Out in Dance
Gyms might be closed (which means your favorite Zumba class isn’t happening anytime soon), but this street in Britain is still getting physical. Janet, the neighborhood’s group-fitness instructor, is teaching her signature class from the comfort of her driveway while the rest of her neighbors join in.

SXSW Comes to You
The Austin film-festival South by Southwest unfortunately had to cancel this year, but they’re ensuring that the filmmakers they were honoring are still getting a chance to premiere their films. And even if you didn’t originally have a ticket to the festival, you now do.
You can watch these movies from your couch, oh, and did we mention it’s free? So pop some popcorn and enjoy the work of some independent filmmakers!

Not only are you able to get the SXSW movies for free this year through Amazon, another streaming giant is joining in to offer free movies and TV shows.
HBO announced that they want to give people at home a chance to watch their shows and movies you’d otherwise have to pay a monthly subscription to get access to.

Date Night in Chile
Nothing made our hearts quite as happy as this video from Chile, where one son treated his parents to the perfect date night.
Sitting outside the window to ensure social distance, he played away on his accordion while his parents, inside, were able to enjoy a dance together.
