Everything Happens For A Reason. – My Story

I am a simple girl who has been trying to get a job through competitive exams in India which is quite tough. It’s been 4 years and even though I always cleared Pre, I had not cleared Mains. I was preparing for a while and during my preparation, I met a guy who seemed like everything I was looking for and more. We spent hours talking about our exams, our preparation, and what we were going to do in life after we cleared the exams. After some time he started to criticize everything about me and made sarcastic remarks. I tried to solve everything through communication but things just did not work out. Actually, last year I was sure that I was going to get a position but when the result came out I burst into tears and decided to give up.

After that, because of the lockdown and COVID-19, I could not do anything else except think negative things about life and cry. I gave myself some time to heal from everything. Then I started doing yoga and meditation because there was nothing else to do. I read a book and it was quite positive, I had not felt anything positive in a while but after that, The Secret was always showing up in my recommendations online but I never tried to read it.

In December 2020, I finally started to read The Secret and I was shocked because now I had to change the hard wiring inside my mind because it was completely negative. Then I read The Power and The Magic. I completed every chapter of The Magic with gratitude.

I gave the Pre exam and I got even higher marks than I had written on my vision board. Then I had the Mains exam and I covered every topic. I visualized my exam going great but when I gave my exams it did not go as well as I thought it would go. I thought that I was not going to get any position this year but then I kicked this thought out of my mind every time it came up. I wrote on my vision board, “Congratulations on the selection!” I read it every day and I felt positive energy every day, and then I let it go. I started all my days with positive affirmations and gratitude.

Later on, the guy who hadn’t contacted me for 7 months reached out to me and we communicated, and I told him that I was really happy. I wished him good luck with his exams. He said that he missed me and that we should talk sometimes and told me to take care. I just said to him, “Thanks, I will.” Needless to say, I did not contact him.

Yesterday my results came out. I opened my email and there it was, “We are glad to inform you..” I was the last person on the list and I was so happy, actually, I am still very happy! I finally cleared the exam! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

So, everything really does happen for a reason. If I had not met my ex then I would not have tried to understand the law of attraction and I would never have read The Secret. I used to be very skeptical but now I am a believer. I finally cleared my exam and I am really very grateful. Thank you so very much to Rhonda Byrne! Thank you so very much for the law of attraction!
