Incident at Phuoc Dinh Beach
On September 21, around midday, four friends from Lam Dong province enjoyed a trip to Phuoc Dinh beach in Ninh Thuan, attracting many visitors for its picturesque scenes and tumultuous waves against rocky cliffs.
During their time there, C.D.D., a 25-year-old, accidentally slipped into the ocean. The powerful waves rapidly carried him away, prompting the group to search for him in the vicinity. When their search came up empty, they called for help from local emergency services.
