“Three Hearts, One Date: The Remarkable Tale of Thai Nguyen’s Family”

Thai Nguyen’s story: family of 3 born on same day, month

A fascinating story from a young girl in Thai Nguyen has caught the attention of many online. She shared that her entire family shares the same birthday, February 10.

The girl whimsically noted: “Dad is the yellow candle, mom is the green candle, and I’m the pink candle, and together we blow out the candles on our birthday cake.”

She provided proof through ID cards that confirmed she and her parents were all born on the same day, February 10, sharing the same month and year.

Her post garnered 4,000 likes and numerous comments, mostly expressing astonishment at this rare coincidence.

The girl, Hoang Ngoc Anh, born in 2002, treasures this unique occurrence that her family shares. She mentioned that it’s more than just random luck; it feels like a special bond.

Ngoc Anh was born just before Tet, on February 10. Her mother went into labor naturally and had no idea she would give birth just two days before the holiday. It wasn’t until the birth certificate was prepared that she realized her daughter shared her birthday.

In 2024, their birthdays will fall on the first day of Tet, meaning that as friends and family celebrate the New Year, they will also extend birthday wishes to Ngoc Anh and her parents.

As a child, her parents would bake the birthday cake, but now as she has grown up and entered the workforce, Ngoc Anh takes on the responsibility of purchasing the cake and celebrating with her parents.

The way they celebrate changes yearly; sometimes it aligns perfectly with Tet, while other times it falls on regular days when they simply carry on with their work and celebrate in the evening.

Currently, Ngoc Anh is a student at the University of Economics and Law under the HCM City National University, while her parents are involved in business.
