Due to weather predictions, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has announced the temporary closure of several airports. Phu Bai International Airport will be closed from 6 AM to 10 PM on October 27. Da Nang International Airport will not operate from 6 AM on October 27 until 4 AM on October 28. Dong Hoi Airport will be closed from 6 AM to 7 PM on October 27, and Chu Lai Airport will halt operations from 10 AM on October 27 until 10 AM on October 28.
The CAAV has instructed the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation to prioritize safety and keep all relevant agencies informed. Meanwhile, airport authorities are responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety protocols.
Any challenges faced during this process should be communicated to the CAAV for prompt resolution.
