Actress Tayo Sobola catches the eye of the Alaafin of Oyo, meets with all his Oloris (PICS)

Actress Tayo Sobola aka Sotayogaga has shared pictures she took with the Oloris of the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi.

The pictures were taken during the installation of Wasiu Ayinde Marshal K1 as the Mayegun of Yorubaland by the Alaafin.

The event which took place in Oyo State yesterday was very colorful as seen in the pictures shared by Tayo Sobola.

The actress also took a picture with the Royal Queen Mother.

This day in history, 14th of January, 1971, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III, Iku Baba Yeye, ascended the throne as the 43rd Alaafin of Oyo.

Expressing excitement, the monarch stated that “it has been 49 eventful years. I thank Olodumare, Ayabas, good people of Oyo and everyone who have passed on to the great beyond and living for having stood by me all these years, my prayer is that Olodumare will continue to bless you all”.
