Nigerian army invades the home of Biafran leader, Nnamdi Kanu, declares IPOB (Indigenous People Of Biafra) a terrorist group. In what was called Operation Python Dance: as the military claimed is a general acceptable routine for the Military as a show of force. The crisis involving Nigeria and the so called Biafra group have intensified as the Nigerian military violated the Constitution which they are to respect and obey to rebel Biafra a terrorist Organizations.

First and foremost, Nigeria as a Federal System of Government, under the guidance of 1999 constitution, the Nigerian Military has no right to rebel any group a terrorist Organization without the approval of the Senate and National Assemble.  The president, is meant to seek permission from the Nigerian Senate and National Assemble to declare state of emergency before the Executive arm of Government, the President has right to deploy Soldiers  and declare any group a terrorist organizations.

Secondary, Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB in short) have committed no crimes deserving to be placed or called terrorist Organization, doing so is overstretching the definition of Terrorism and arguing that in democratic state like Nigeria, as the country claim to be one, that people are not allowed to air out their opinions or oppose the government, protest and argue for the betterment of themselves and their people. Although the New Biafra leader, Nnamdi Kanu has used some strong languages, or violent words which has landed him in prison before. Nevertheless, evidence shows that IPOB has not caused the death of any Nigerian by bombing or causing mass panic like Boko Haram has done over the passed 5 years.

They have also not been involved in kidnapping activities, and destruction of pipeline like the Niger Delta militant were involved in before Amnesty was handed to them. The highest thing they have done, is seek  for their break away from Nigeria, Protest, and now recently forming their own Police Force. Record, images, pictures, news report shows that the Nigerian Police, and now Military has been the one firing ballet, harming and endangering innocent civilians the so called Biafra people to stop them from speaking out,  which is wrong.

If the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari does not call the military to order, what is seen as call for secession by a group of people that could be sorted or ironed out will result to a full grown civil war which will destroy the nation already weak economy and political structure. For the sake of peace, is time for both side to come together and iron out their differences once and for all. And Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari should stop saying that our ‘Unity’ is non-negotiable, if some group of people want to leave the nation, they should be given right to decide their faith, by calling a referendum just like is done in other civilized societies.

What is Nigeria afraid of, I love this country, its population, and diversity but since i was born and now am older to air out my views the nations is still in the same sorry state, were the masses are suffering and the rich get rich, nothing has changed and nothing is improving, we are as people are getting from bad to worst, doing the same dance moves over and over again. If any group think they can do better on their own, they should be granted the ability to decide their own faith instead of calming our ‘Unity’ is non-negotiable and causing death of thousand or millions of innocent civilians in the process as the 1967 -1970 civil war did.

To the Biafrans, am not a sympathizer or a supporter of any group and movement that seek to divide the nation Nigeria. The diversity, various group, and large population among others are the beauty of Nigeria, I personally think as my opinion, you people (Biafrans) are fighting the wrong fight, the fight should be with the political elite, whom are elected into office, decide to play God and steal all the wealth of the nation for their own personal benefits.

Protest against them, vote them out of office, sponsor your own candidate, call your chairman, governors, house of representative members in your constituency and senators everyday to inform them of the changes you want. And  refuse to take money from them on election days, stop rigging election for them (youths), by running away with pulling booth or causing fight to prevent others from voting, call for restructure of Nigeria and support the campaign to help state owned and control of their resource and wealth. There many changes that can be done for the country to improve than seek for independence from the present day Nigeria. Do not forget as long as we are in a democracy, the power lines with the people. So, what are you going to do with it?
