The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a price hike for petrol.
This information was shared in an email statement by the company on Friday.
The new price for refined products will be set at N955 per litre at the loading station.
Marketers purchasing between 2 million and 4.99 million litres will now pay N955 per litre, while those acquiring 5 million litres or more will pay N950 per litre.
This price adjustment marks an increase of N55.5 or 6.17% from the previous rate of N899.50 per litre established last December.
The notification mentioned: “Please be informed that starting from 5:30 PM today, a price increase has been applied to the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit.”
