Nigerian pastor Emmanuel Okose has voiced his disapproval of married men who refrain from bathing with their spouses, labeling such actions as inappropriate.
In a video that circulated on social media, Okose referred to those men as “inadequate husbands.”
He stated, “If you haven’t shared a bath with your wife at least ten times a year, you’re not fulfilling your role as a husband. If you and your wife haven’t bathed together at least ten times a year, your marriage lacks seriousness.”
“Are you aware of the energy that transfers between partners during a shared bath?”
“Do you comprehend the spiritual bond that forms when you use a sponge to wash your wife’s body, including intimate areas, treating her with the tenderness of a child? That mutual care is essential.”
