Olajumoke’s Journey: From Bread Seller to Viral Star

Olajumoke Orisaguna, known for her rapid rise to fame after being spotted by TY Bello during a photoshoot in 2019, spoke candidly about the challenges she faced and the exploitation she claims occurred at the hands of some celebrities.

On the Honest Bunch podcast, she shared how many of her engagements were not compensated fairly, contradicting public narratives that suggested otherwise.

In particular, she described her encounter with popular artist Harrysong, alleging that she worked on his music video for “Chacha” without receiving any payment.

“I visited Harrysong’s residence in Lekki, performed a dance for his video, and he stated he compensated me with N400K, which is not true; I did it without pay,” she expressed.

Olajumoke recounted additional instances where she felt taken advantage of, highlighting that she was paid only N200K for a job that required international travel.

“They utilized my services and didn’t provide appropriate compensation. I received N200K after a work trip to South Africa,” she shared.
