Talented Nollywood actress Bukky Wright, has cause to celebrate as she recently turned a year older.
Wright who turned 53 on March 31, 2020, took to her Instagram page to celebrate her new age with a stunning photo, accompanied by a beautiful caption thanking God for her life.
The Yoruba actress who looks way younger than her age, captioned her beautiful photo: “Wish myself the today and for evermore. Happy birthday Ajokepretty. I give all glory to almighty God.”

Wright who began her acting career in 1996, has featured in several Nollywood movies in Yoruba and English languages, including Wale Adenuga’s Television series Super story.
The Nollywood star also had a brief history with politics as in 2014, she contested for the post of a senator in Ogun State House of representatives under the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) led by former Governor Olusegun Osoba.
Although her marital status remains a thing of controversy, Bukky Wright is blessed with two sons; Wilson Amu-Wright, Olugbenga Jerry Amu-Wright.
She is also a grandmother.
