Onyebuchi Ojieh popularly known as Comedian Buchi on Saturday, December 3, 2016, was bold enough to ask his longtime girlfriend Ruqiyyah to marry him in their midst of their common friends during dinner at Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

After Ruqiyyah responded in the affirmative, an elated Buchi almost put the engagement ring on the right hand instead of the left and when his girlfriend eventually gave him her left hand he still did not know the right finger to insert the ring till she said: “here, here”. That is what you get when you are super excited.
