Talented songstress, Simi’s mother,Jedidiah Ogunleye has in a recent interview revealed how she used to boast about her daughter’s virginity in church.

Jedidah disclosed this in snippets of the new show, Simi is about to launch on her YouTube page titled ‘Stoopid Sessions’.

She said:

‘Even in my church, I used to tell people daughter is a virgin oh and she’s going to marry a virgin.’

Then Simi countered her saying,

‘You used to boast about my virginity?’

She replied:

‘I’m telling you’.

The Orente crooner had taken to the micro-blogging site on Sunday to give a review of a dating reality series on Netflix.

“This love is blind is surreal! 1 Episode in and I am already creasing,”he tweeted.

In reaction to the tweet, Simi hilariously called him out and she exposed the truth by tweeting;

“This nig*a pressed phone through half of it. Slept thru the other half of it. Why do people lie?”

Adekunle Gold simply replied; “smh”.
