Akin Abayomi, the Health Commissioner of Lagos State, has shared that he successfully had eye surgery at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH).
In a series of posts on X, he conveyed his appreciation for the healthcare team and emphasized the excellent treatment he received.
“I am extremely thankful to the talented oculoplastic surgeons from the Eye Department, especially Prof. Mrs. Bola Adekoya and Dr. Rosemay Ngwu, for their skill in making the operation painless,” he stated.
Abayomi also commended the nursing staff, noting the outstanding care provided.
“A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful nursing team led by Apex Nurse Adejoke Okeowo—you truly made a significant impact!” he remarked.
