John Krasinski’s Some Good News threw a potluck Sunday for fans and celebrities alike. After fans sent in their family recipes, famous chefs like Martha Stewart, David Chang, Guy Fieri and actor Stanley Tucci stepped in to try out those time-tested dishes.

Although Tucci is known more for his acting than food prep, last week the actor amused the internet at large by preparing his version of a negroni. On Krasinski’s show, he tried out “Nana’s” recipe for a quarantini, which included heavy pours of various kinds of vodka. “I won’t be walking after that,” the actor quipped as he added in the liquor.

Fieri prepared a fan’s sloppy joe recipe, while Martha Stewart whipped up fan Sarah’s pierogi recipe with her dogs in tow. David Chang took a shot at Shannon’s “worldly recipe,” which includes a glass of red wine for the chef.

The host also focused on efforts by restaurant workers to help feed the hungry during the outbreak of COVID-19, as well as the fact that many people in the industry are now out of work due to the closure of eateries across the country.

As such, Guy Fieri has launched a fund to aid out of work restaurant workers and, prior to the show, had amassed $17 million. Krasinski surprised him by announcing that PepsiCo was donating an additional $3 million to help the chef reach his $20 million goal.
