Celine Dion and Other Musicians to Perform at 2024 Paris Olympics
Celine Dion, despite facing challenges with stiff-person syndrome, is set to perform at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Joining her on the Olympic stage will be Dua Lipa and Aya Nakamur, in a long-standing tradition dating back to 1896.
Furthermore, Jin from BTS will have the honor of being a torchbearer for the upcoming Olympics. The opening ceremony, under the direction of Thomas Jolly, will mark a historic moment as it will be held outside of the Olympic stadium with an anticipated audience of 600,000 and broadcasted on 80 public screens. The venue, known for hosting iconic acts like Adele, Lady Gaga, and the Rolling Stones, has been in operation since 1968 with a capacity of 1750.
