Panic As Gunmen Kill Bank Worker In Edo

An employee of a modern bank named Mr. Nosa was tragically killed in Benin City, Edo State by suspected cult members. The incident took place after work hours last Thursday at Government Reservation Area, GRA, in Benin City.

According to reports, the victim received a call at the office inviting him to a hangout. While on his way to meet his friend at a joint, he was ambushed by the attackers who shot at him.

The victim was quickly taken to a hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. The Edo State Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, Chidi Nwabuzor, confirmed the incident and stated that the case is being investigated.

The Police spokesperson assured that the perpetrators responsible for the attack will be apprehended and face the full force of the law.
