Back in November, the web just about burst into flames after Marvel launched the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War. Obviously, there may be rather a lot to digest in the epic, action-packed footage, particularly now that there is one other new trailer added into the combo. We have been fast to count all the character appearances, giggle over Thanos’s interesting makeover, and gawk at the infinity stones. But there’s one thing far more sinister and delicate lurking in each trailers that we have to tackle: the potential dying of Iron Man. And, for the report, Iron Man 4 has not been introduced or confirmed.
It’s not simply that Iron Man appears to be like like he is in grave hazard – he takes a reasonably exhausting punch to the face, and Thanos appears to ominously inform him, “I hope they remember you.” Rumors of Robert Downey Jr.’s exit from the Marvel Comics Universe have been swirling for some time now. The actor hinted at his retirement way back to 2013. Even extra damning, he simply said this past Summer, “I just want to hang up my jersey before it’s embarrassing.” Even Avengers director Joe Russo mentioned in a 2016 interview with Forbes that the Marvel universe may go on for one more section or two earlier than we “need to see” Iron Man once more.
In the case of Avengers: Infinity War, tons of followers have already theorized about Iron Man’s dying on the open discussion board of the web. While some would really be glad to see him go for no matter cause, some are devastated by the concept and prepared to forego Marvel totally. One particular person, who might or might not have been joking, appears to suppose Iron Man is one way or the other concerned in DC Comics’s Justice League.
