Rema
Nigerian artist Divine Ikubor, better known as Rema, has called on the nation’s leaders to implement long-lasting strategies to address the ongoing economic challenges and poor governance, rather than merely providing short-term solutions.
He emphasized the need for establishing sustainable programs that can reliably support the public.
Additionally, Rema mentioned that he has been giving advice to Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, regarding his policies during their meetings.
In a recent appearance on ‘The Breakfast Club’, Rema stated, “It’s not just about handing out rice. What if some children are allergic to it? What will they have for food tomorrow?”
“It’s more effective to create systems that ensure ongoing support. Develop platforms that continually offer education, clothing, and shelter for those in need.”
