The cast is star-studded with Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin, Ludacris, Robert De Niro, Josh Duhamel, Zac Efron, Héctor Elizondo, Katherine Heigl, Ashton Kutcher, Seth Meyers, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jake T. The film is a sequel to Valentine’s Day, which revolves around the lives of some of the same characters. Throughout the two-hour-long movie, viewers follow several couples and singles as their lives intertwine over New Year’s Eve.

New Year (2010) is the best coming of age film to rent on NYE
New Year is another romantic comedy but doesn’t have the stars that New Year’s Eve boasts. Julian DeZotti, Joanna Douglas, and Nicholas Rose come together for this Wavecrest Award Winner at the 2011 Clearwater Film Festival.
“A coming of age comedy about a group of twenty-something ‘Gen Y’-ers who reunite for a New Year’s Eve bash in middle-class suburbia,” according to one reviewer on IMDb. “Numbed by the nine to five conformity of real-life after university, the party provides a welcome escape full of drinking, smoking, making out, and bag tag. New Year is not as well-known as New Year’s Eve, but it does receive about the same ratings. Both movies score a 5.7 on IMBd.

Stars Trieste Kelly Dunn, Ryan Hunter, Kevin Wheatley, come together for this Sarasota Film Festival winner.
This movie follows Sunny (Dunn) as she returns home to care for her sick father. She ends up working at a local bowling alley for over two and a half years. She puts her writing career on hold and doesn’t know how to pick it back up again.
