Detroit-based rapper Dank Demoss has once again captured attention after launching a lawsuit against a Lyft driver who refused her service based on her size.
The plus-sized artist is currently in the spotlight following the viral spread of a video showing her accidentally falling backward during a live performance.
In her recent legal action, she claims that a Lyft driver denied her entry, suggesting she wouldn’t fit in the vehicle.
