Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere
Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, the head of Omega Power Ministry (OPM), has spoken out regarding the kidnapping of the principal from the church’s free school located in Jos.
Following the abduction, the kidnappers contacted the church and demanded a ransom of N50 million for the principal’s release.
In his statement on social media, Pastor Chinyere condemned the ransom request and firmly declared that he would not allocate church funds, such as tithes and offerings, to pay anyone for the return of the principal.
Rather than paying the ransom, he called on the kidnappers to free the principal, abandon their weapons, and turn towards repentance and rehabilitation. He extended an offer for them to receive free training, prayers, and guidance.
Pastor Chinyere emphasized that they could benefit from this opportunity, highlighting the compassion of God and his readiness to grant them a new beginning.
“I have just received news that the principal of OPM free school in JOS has been kidnapped. This school provides education to northern children at no cost, and they are demanding 50 million naira for his release.”
“I trust that they are reading my words. I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE KOBE. You should release him immediately to avoid the WRATH OF GOD, as I will never use funds that belong to God to pay off kidnappers. NEVER.”
“You have the chance to release him today; come to OPM CHURCH, hand over your guns, and receive FREE rehabilitation. I will pray for you. GOD IS GOOD, and you can learn various skills at no charge. Remember, GOD loves you and offers you a second chance.”
