Tekno, a prominent Nigerian singer and music producer, has refuted rumors of him collapsing on stage during a show in South Africa.
Initial reports claimed he had fainted while performing live.
A video circulating on social media depicted a man experiencing a seizure, with unverified assertions linking the incident to Tekno.
The Afrobeats sensation, currently engaged in his music tour, confirmed that he was not the individual in the video.
Tekno took to his Instagram page to share that he is in good health.
He also clarified that he is not presently in South Africa.
“Hey everyone, I’m doing well and not in South Africa at the moment. I wish whoever was in that video a swift recovery and wellness. Thank you all. Love you,” he posted.
