Nigerian actor Yul Edochie recently expressed a powerful spiritual message on Instagram regarding the name of Jesus.
He advised his followers to refrain from claiming that there is no power in Jesus’ name, highlighting that such statements can lead to significant decline.
While recognizing that Christianity has its flaws and certain elements have been changed for human interests rather than divine ones, he reinforced the importance of acknowledging the strength behind the name of Jesus. He pointed out that historically, those who have dismissed this power have often faced dire consequences.
“There is power in the name of Jesus.
Please do not claim there is no power in the name.
“It is valid to critique the influence of colonialism on religion.
Indeed, some aspects have been manipulated for human agendas rather than God’s purposes. However, never say there is no power in the name of JESUS.
“Such statements often lead to one’s downfall. History shows that those who have spoken like this have not met a good fate,” he stated.
