Transformers actress Megan Fox and Beverly Hills 90210 star Brian Austin Green have a rocky relationship history, and if the gossip is true, it doesn’t appear to be getting any better.
According to People, the couple started dating after meeting on the set of Hope and Faith in 2004, when she was 18 and he was 30. They got engaged in 2006 but called it off in 2009, only to reconcile and get engaged again a year later. Fox and Green finally tied the knot in Kona, Hawaii in 2010, in an extremely intimate wedding ceremony on a deserted beach at sunset. According to the Daily Mail, the ceremony was only attended by Fox, Green, and Green’s son, Kassius (whom he had with 90210 co-star Vanessa Marcil).
In 2015, Fox filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. “Megan and Brian’s split is a classic Hollywood story of two people in different stages of life and career,” a source told People at the time. However, just a few months into the separation, they announced they were expecting their child together and reconciled once again.
In a September 2017 episode of the …with Brian Austin Green podcast (via People), the actor admitted that “to be in a relationship takes work, and it’s not easy.”
Green has been spotted recently without his wedding ring, and if Fox’s new friendship with Machine Gun Kelly is any indication, this on-again-off-again couple may have more hard work to do.
