The Akwa Ibom state Deputy Governor, Sen. Akon Eyakenyi, is mourning the loss of her daughter, Blessing.
Blessing, who married Olumuyiwa Adewumi on June 22, 2024, tragically passed away.
As reported by Leadership, Blessing’s death resulted from complications related to childbirth at a medical facility in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Following the heartbreaking news on Monday night, January 27, condolences have been made by government officials, politicians, and friends to support the grieving family.
