A tragic incident unfolded in Akwanga, leading to the death of Mustapha Osama, a 300-level student of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK).
Reports indicate that Osama lost his life during a thwarted robbery attempt in the Akwanga Local Government Area of Nasarawa State on Friday night around 8 PM.
Following Islamic customs, Osama was laid to rest in Doma on Saturday morning after being hit by a bullet fired by the robbers while driving.
Authorities intervened as the Nigeria Police swiftly responded to a distress call, preventing the robbery thanks to their prompt action.
