Wizkid’s Album ‘Morayo’ Makes Billboard 200 Debut
The latest album by Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Wizkid, titled ‘Morayo,’ has successfully made its way onto the Billboard 200 chart.
Entering at the 98th spot, ‘Morayo’ achieved sales of 13,000 units in its first week.
Chart Data announced this milestone on X, stating, “Wizkid’s ‘Morayo’ debuts at 98 on this week’s Billboard 200 (13K sold).”
This marks the fourth album from Wizkid to reach the Billboard chart.
Released on November 22, 2024, ‘Morayo’ serves as a heartfelt homage to Wizkid’s late mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, who passed away in August 2023.
