Abde Ezzalzouli put Manuel Pellegrini’s squad ahead with a well-deserved opening goal before halftime. However, Enzo Fernandez equalized for Chelsea in the 65th minute, heading in from a Cole Palmer assist.
Palmer then assisted Nicolas Jackson, giving Chelsea the lead, and Jadon Sancho secured the triumph with a goal just seven minutes before full-time. Moises Caicedo added a final touch with a deflected goal in injury time.
This victory established Chelsea as the first club to win all three major trophies: the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League.
