Kylian Mbappe Issues Bold Challenge Before La Liga Showdown

Kylian Mbappe fires El Clasico warning to Real Madrid ahead of La Liga return image

Kylian Mbappé is rallying his teammates as Real Madrid prepares to return to La Liga on October 19.

The team will face Celta Vigo this weekend, followed by a midweek clash against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League.

The month concludes with Mbappé’s first ever El Clasico, where they will host fierce rivals Barcelona on October 26.

Mbappé chose to stay in Madrid during the international break, declining a call-up from the French national team to focus on his fitness.

Recently, the 25-year-old has been in the spotlight due to controversy, as he labeled accusations regarding a police investigation in Sweden as “fake news.”

His primary goal is to get back to the pitch, particularly as he aims to capitalize on his recent recognition as Real Madrid’s player of the month for September.

“I feel grateful to the fans and it’s an honor to be named player of the month. The key is to keep winning matches this month so I can earn this recognition again,” he stated during an interview with Real Madrid TV, according to Mundo Deportivo.

“We have three critical matches ahead, and we are determined to win them for our fans,”

Despite not scoring in his first three league matches for Real Madrid in August, Mbappé made a strong comeback with six goals in five games across all competitions in September, although he hasn’t yet scored in October.
