The captain of Liverpool, Virgil van Dijk, has shared significant news regarding his discussions for a contract extension at Anfield.

“I feel really good, both physically and mentally, and I’m enjoying it. What the future holds is uncertain, but discussions are in progress, and when a decision is reached, I’m sure you (the media) will find out as well,” he stated, as reported by BBC Sport.
“I can only confirm that talks have started, and we will see how it goes. My primary focus is on Liverpool and winning the upcoming games.”
