Can Pulisic fill Salah’s shoes?
With Salah’s contract set to expire in under a year and no extension on the horizon, Liverpool might face the reality of losing him without any transfer fee. Despite Salah’s impressive start to the season, boasting three goals and four assists under new manager Arne Slot, talks of his exit are escalating.
This brings Christian Pulisic into the discussion. The ex-Chelsea player has been making headlines with his performances at AC Milan and has reportedly caught the attention of Liverpool scouts.
The American winger has been in excellent form, having scored against Liverpool in the recent Champions League encounter and contributing in six consecutive matches with either goals or assists, even surpassing the impact of Milan’s top player, Rafael Leao.
At 25, Pulisic is showcasing his best abilities since his move to Milan, netting 20 goals and providing 13 assists in 57 games, which compares favorably to his time at Chelsea where he recorded 26 goals and 19 assists in 145 matches — respectable but not on par with the extraordinary performance Salah has delivered for Liverpool fans.

Although Liverpool are still weighing their options, the notion of bringing Pulisic back to the Premier League is gaining traction. He may not have fully realized his potential at Chelsea, but he has flourished at Milan.
