The lady announced her new decision on her @dee_cindee Tiktok page.

Judging from the video, it appears that she recently experienced a heartbreak because she was crying as she declared her new preference.

She believes that suffering heartbreak from a fellow woman would be preferable to a man who does it without showing any empathy for her.
