Deyi Adeyanju, a popular Nigerian activist and lawyer, responded in a recent social media post to crossdresser Bobrisky’s 6-month prison sentence.

Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos has sentenced cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, to six months in jail with no possibility of a fine.

The judgement was delivered this morning, April 12, 2024. Bobrisky will serve the six-month imprisonment at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre.
