I got to know about The Secret from my cousin in 2011. I did not pay much attention to it back then, but after 2 years she gifted me The Magic, and that was how I learned about the law of attraction, belief, and the Universe and its power. It is all about how you easily fill your mind with sheer faith in a higher reality i.e. the Universe.
I am a Jain Marwadi girl from a joint family in Rajasthan, loving a Gujarati Patel man. My family is very staunch and rigid regarding the caste system. I have been trying for 3 years to convince them otherwise. Through this, my parents and I left the city we were staying in and I had to leave my job and move back to my hometown. All of this was because of their fear of me doing anything wrong.
This month my love and I were completing 8 years of togetherness and it was my love’s birthday too. So how could I stay home? I then asked the Universe for and planned a fake trip with the help of my dearest friend here for 2 days. I convinced my parents to let me do it. My only mantra was visualizing myself with my partner and wishing him a happy birthday and anniversary in person. Then I let it go, just so I would not get too attached to it and create doubts. In order to let it go, I distracted myself by engaging in painting and work.
I am so happy that with my belief, using The Magic, and the help of my friends, I was able to successfully manifest this trip. I am really grateful to my friends who helped me reach my love safely and to return home safely as well. Also, I am grateful to my family and my parents for trusting me and allowing me to go there.
