Probe Into Matthew Perry’s Death May Expose Hollywood Drug Network

According to reports, former CIA and FBI agent Tracy Walder suggested that Perry may have shared controlled substance prescriptions with acquaintances, leading to a potential market for such substances among his circle.

Walder expressed empathy for Perry while emphasizing the legal consequences she hopes will befall those who enabled his drug use, advocating for felony charges against individuals involved in supplying him with drugs.

Notable Hollywood attorney Marty Singer, who had worked closely with Perry, expressed regret over Perry’s ketamine use, calling for legal action against anyone involved in facilitating inappropriate drug use.

Untangling Matthew Perry’s Death Linked to Substance Abuse

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed in December that Perry’s passing was drug-related, listing drowning, coronary artery disease, and buprenorphine effects as contributing factors.

An expert suggested Perry may have obtained ketamine illegally for recreational purposes, despite being prescribed the drug for anxiety and depression, emphasizing that the ketamine in his system at the time of death did not originate from his therapy.
