BUZZ: Britney Spears’ new single life: What her future looks like without Sam Asghari

stronger than yesterday?

Britney Spears appears to be in the midst of a “toxic” split from estranged husband Sam Asghari, but brighter days may be ahead for the pop icon.

Spears’ now-ex filed for divorce earlier this week following cheating allegations and domestic violence claims, painting a dire picture of the dissolution of their marriage.

However, Asghari, 28, broke his silence on the matter Thursday, stating in part that the pair will “hold onto the love and respect [they] have for each other and [he wishes] her the best always.”

His rep also dismissed claims that the “Family Business” actor was threatening to release “embarrassing” information about his estranged wife in order to contest their prenup.

Brandon Cohen of BAC Talent told Page Six Thursday, “There are many claims that Sam is challenging the prenup and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos.

“However, all these claims are false, as no negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be. Sam has always and will always support her.”

Additionally, a source has ensured that Spears and Asghari have a “rock solid” prenup and that all will be resolved “quietly and professionally and soon.”

With a seemingly smooth divorce process ahead and a stacked legal team on her side, including powerhouse lawyers Mathew Rosengart and Laura Wasser, the “…Baby One More Time” singer may be free to focus on her many professional endeavors in the near future.

Page Six confirmed this week that Spears is working on putting out a new album, with one insider telling us exclusively that she “has an upcoming writers camp and is getting songs from some big artists.”

The music superstar’s memoir, “The Woman in Me,” is also on track to be released on Oct. 24.

In July, Spears expressed her excitement for the book on her Instagram, writing at the time, “I worked my ass off for this book, I had a lot of therapy to get this book done, so you guys better like it. And if you don’t like it, that’s fine too.”

While work is likely to keep her busy, it is unclear whether the Princess of Pop will find time to jump back into the dating pool.

Her inner circle remains small amid this tumultuous time, with sources confirming to Page Six Thursday that she is still “not on good terms” with her family, but is “hanging in there.”

However, many fellow celebs have shown Spears their support, including Paris Hilton, Octavia Spencer and Pink, who changed a lyric in her 2001 hit “Don’t Let Me Get Me” in her contemporary’s honor.

Meanwhile, Spears’ relationship with her and Kevin Federline’s sons appears to be getting back on track.

Prior to the “Hold Me Closer” singer recent breakup becoming public, we were told she communicated with Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told Page Six exclusively earlier this month that the teens spoke to their mother “probably a couple of weeks ago,” despite previous claims of them having no contact at all since last year.

Lastly, Spears has yet to release a statement about her current relationship situation but instead shared a post that gave off the impression that she is “unbothered” by the whole ordeal.

Sources also disclosed to People Thursday that the “Circus” singer is in “great spirits despite everything going on,” adding that she is “remaining positive and focusing on the future.”

Reps for Spears and Asghari did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
