Claudia Conway decided to become a Playboy Bunny because she wanted to “reclaim” her “womanhood and femininity” after being “preyed upon” in her mid-teens.
“when i was 15-16, i was exploited by the media, preyed upon, and was forced into portraying myself as something i wasn’t,” the 18-year-old tweeted on May 23.
“my body was taken from me.”
Now that she’s a “young adult,” the daughter of Kellyanne and George Conway said she took the risqué job to define her body in a way that is “truly” hers.
“i am putting myself out there in a way that is MY OWN and no one else’s. i have full control of my body and my voice,” she continued.
“i believe in writing your own narrative, like i’ve said in the past, and taking back what was once unjustly taken from you. 💗.”
Claudia concluded her statement by telling her followers that all people should have bodily “autonomy and freedom.
“don’t let someone capitalize off of your vulnerabilities— reclaim them,” she wrote.
The “American Idol” alum launched a subscription page on Playboy.com in late April, and as of the end of May, it had just 11 images of herself posing in a selection of bikinis.

Claudia had a short-lived falling out with her mother, who once served as an adviser to President Donald Trump, and at one point even said she was ready to be liberated from her family in 2020.
“I’m officially pushing for emancipation. Buckle up because this is probably going to be public one way or another, unfortunately. Welcome to my life,” she wrote at the time.
Page Six broke the news in March that the wild child’s parents were divorcing after 22 years of marriage.
The estranged couple married in 1998 and share four children: Charlotte, Vanessa, Claudia and her twin brother, George IV.
