Demi Moore recently showed off her toned physique in a string bikini during a day out at the beach with her beloved Chihuahua, Pilaf. The actress shared two snaps of the outing with her 4.4 million Instagram followers, which featured her pet sitting on her chest and the two posing at the beach. Moore went make-up free for the outing, leaving her long brunette hair down with a middle parting and topping her minimal look off with a pair of aviator sunglasses.
The snaps proved to be very popular on social media, racking up over 140,000 likes and thousands of comments. Moore captioned the photos “Pilaf takes the beach”, referring to her tiny pooch who was born on Nov. 9, 2020 and currently weighs only 1.5 pounds.
Moore recently tried to enter Pilaf into the Guinness World Records for the world’s shortest dog living. She shared a snap of the pooch sitting on her lap, as well as a Starbucks cup nearby for scale. The post received overwhelming support from friends and family, with 27,000 likes and over 635 comments. In order for the pooch to stand a chance against the current title holder, Pilaf must be shorter than 3.59 inches in height. The current title holder’s aunt, Miracle Milly, was a previous record holder and stood 3.8 inches tall before she died in 2020.
