BUZZ: Kevin Costner’s estranged wife moves into ‘smaller house’ used for staff on his property: report

Kevin Costner’s estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, has officially moved out of their shared home — but she didn’t go very far.

After Page Six exclusively obtained pictures of U-Haul trucks outside of the estranged couple’s Santa Barbara, Calif., home Friday, more details about where exactly Baumgartner is relocating to amid their divorce have surfaced.

“Christine is following the legal advice per the prenup and is vacating the family house,” a source told People, adding that she “will stay at a smaller house on the property that’s been used as a staff quarter.”

The insider added that this “is a temporary solution” and the handbag designer is “still looking for another house.”

“She is staying in the area to not disrupt the kids’ lives,” the source told the outlet. “They will be back at school in the fall with their friends.

“Christine is trying to keep everything as normal as possible. Her sole focus is the kids.”

Piles of cardboard boxes, which were presumably filled with Baumgartner’s belongings, surrounded the moving trucks.

It’s unclear if the former couple was present for moving day, as Costner, 68, is likely still vacationing in Aspen, Colo., with their three children: sons Cayden, 16, and Hayes, 14, and daughter Grace, 13.

The move comes three days before the mom of three, 49, had to be out of the home.

Earlier this month, a judge ordered that she had to vacate the premises by July 31, upholding the terms of their prenup, which was signed in 2004.

The judge later ruled that the former model needed her ex’s consent before removing any items — aside from her personal belongings — from their home.

The “Hidden Figures” star told the court he was afraid that Baumgartner — who filed for divorce in May — was going to rob him blind.

In court docs obtained by Page Six at the time, Costner said Baumgartner had “shown a disturbing propensity in the last several months, both before and after separation, to take [Kevin’s] property without his knowledge or consent, especially since this case was filed.”

The docs alleged that she paid a Los Angeles criminal defense lawyer $25,000 from Costner’s separate property funds — without his knowledge.

However, Baumgartner asserted that she did not “strip the house” bare and claimed she provided the actor’s lawyer with “pictures of the items” she planned to remove.

Aside from their living arrangements, a judge ruled earlier this month that the “Yellowstone” star had to pay Baumgartner $129,755 per month in child support.

The judge also ordered the dad of seven to cover $200,000 in attorney’s fees and $100,000 in forensic costs.

Both Costner and Baumgartner will each be required to pay 50 percent of their kids’ health care expenses, sports and extracurricular activities.
