Lindsay Lohan celebrated her baby shower over the weekend, surrounded by friends and family. Her rep told Page Six that she was “feeling great” and “thrilled” about the pregnancy.
Friend Juliet Angus posted a photograph of herself and a pregnant Lohan on social media, with the caption “Flew into town to shower my gorgeous preggers bestie and glowing mama-to-be.” Lohan’s brother Dakota also shared a photo of himself with her husband Bader Shammas, captioning it “Ma brother for life.”
Lohan had announced her pregnancy in mid-March, nearly one year after she and Shammas secretly tied the knot. She shared a photo of a onesie that had “coming soon” printed on it and wrote, “We are blessed and excited!” Her sister Aliana was also present at the shower.
The couple had been dating since 2018, meeting four years after Lohan moved to Dubai. Shammas proposed in November 2021 with a Harry Winston sparkler. “He asked, she said yes,” read a message on their celebratory three-tiered cake.
Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father, told Page Six that Shammas is not a Hollywood type and does not like the limelight. “That was one of Lindsay’s problems — the paps encroaching on her and coming up with stories. It was tough. But she’s with a guy who doesn’t like the limelight.”
