“Good things come in threes 🥹 Adding another pumpkin to our patch 🙏🏼 Baby #3 coming March 2024,” the couple shared on Instagram Tuesday with a carousel of family pictures.
The proud parents posed alongside their two kids — Romeo, 2, and Mia, 8 months — while Lauren held up an ultrasound photo.
“Three under three 👻 here we go ☺️🙏🏼♥️,” she added in the comments.
Following the announcement, the “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” cast congratulated their co-star on the exciting baby news.
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi wrote, “Welcome to [the] 3 club!!!!”
Meanwhile, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola added, “👏👏👏👏👏👏👏,” while Vinny Guadagnino posted, “Anotha one.”
Mike and Lauren’s pregnancy reveal comes eight months after the birth of their daughter in January.

“We appreciate everyone’s well wishes and are so thrilled to start this new chapter as a family of four.”
The MTV reality star, 41, and his wife, 38, previously welcomed their son, Romeo, in May 2021.
He was born nearly two years after Lauren revealed she had suffered a miscarriage.
The soon-to-be mom of three reflected on her “difficult” pregnancy loss during a November 2019 interview on ABC’s “Strahan, Sara and Keke.”
“I didn’t want to hold this in,” she said. “I wanted to share it for other people going through it and just be honest so I can kind of heal through the process.”
Mike and Lauren tied the knot at the Legacy Castle in New Jersey in November 2018 prior to the “Jersey Shore” alum’s eight-month prison stint for tax eviction.
The wedding was a family celebration with the TV personality’s castmates, including Polizzi, Ronnie Magro-Ortiz, Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio and Jenni “JWoww” Farley, joining in on the festivities.
Mike popped the question to his college sweetheart seven months before.
