The Duke and Duchess of Sussex — along with a dozen of Harry’s aides — celebrated his 39th birthday Thursday night at a German brewery called Schumacher in Düsseldorf, where the group drank locally brewed beer and ate traditional food.

The renegade royal and his group took up two tables at the conjoined restaurant and were served by head waiter Frank Wackers, who has worked there for nearly four decades.

Wackers told DailyMail.com that Harry downed six small beers, while Markle, 42, had one.

The tickled server added that the duo and their party munched on family-style dishes of wiener schnitzel, pork knuckle, sausage, roast and mashed potatoes.

During the meal, staffers presented the prince with a white chocolate birthday cake.

“They were very happy,” Wackers gushed. “He is a lovely man, and they were so nice.”

He also said that Harry’s bodyguard Chris Sanchez jokingly warned him that “he would kill [him] if the beer was bad.”

But the threat was all in jest, as Sanchez happily posed for photos with several excited employees alongside Harry and Markle.

For the outing, the “Spare” author paired jeans with a gray button-down and matching boat shoes, while the “Suits” actress wore a red pin-striped blouse tucked into skinny white capris and nude flats.

The owner of the restaurant, Thea Ungermann, admitted she got “goosebumps” when the twosome walked into her establishment and said she “couldn’t believe” they were there.

The elated restauranteur added that the “lovely” couple seemed “very relaxed” and that Harry — who even gave her a hug — had “a very jolly time.”

Ungermann made sure to note that the father of two picked up the tab and left the staff a hefty tip.

A source close to Harry told the outlet that the group headed back to their nearby hotel “just shy of midnight” to sing him “Happy Birthday” and indulge in cake.

Harry and Markle are in town for the Invictus Games — their annual international multi-sport event for wounded, injured and sick soldiers and veterans — where they have been showing plenty of PDA.

However, it hasn’t gone unnoticed that the royal’s estranged relatives have yet to attend this year’s competition.
